Being definite to create confidence in your organisation
Active and Passive expressions to create the appropriate tone
Whether to make your communication personal or impersonal
Mentioning Benefits or Features to highlight the attributes of your organisation
Communicating so as to create a positive impression
Special techniques for dealing with complaints
In addition to comprehensive course notes participants will receive a "wallchart" checklist to remind them of the key points
