Course content
Mentoring is an effective process that will ensure individuals and corporate people achieve their full potential. Impactive management and motivation will glue, fuel and drive it and make it stick together. This course aims to cover and activate the following:
- Working together to explore desires, needs, motivations, thinking and enjoyment to adapt and assist your mentees participation in their work programs
- Managing positives and sharing and developing a relationship of trust and a framework to connect strongly with mentees
- Communication; Enhancing, Listening and Clueing in to better overall and specific empathic understanding
- Core language competencies, tuning in your mentees language to defend, explain or ask
- Powerful Questioning - crafting and delivering effective coaching questions to improve mentee interaction
- Building and applying your skills for one-to-one training, counselling, facilitating and networking
- Encouraging commitment to action and lasting to personal growth and change
- Working to avoid total dependence on the mentor
- Plans, preparation, dates, feedback, evaluation, appraisal, achievement and goal setting
