Staff who have recently, or will soon, take responsibility for a portfolio of clients. 

Why you should attend 

Managing a portfolio requires different skills from those learned so far. As well as sound technical skills, as an effective manager you need to manage yourself and your time, other staff, clients, partners, budgets … 

Remember: The best managers are not the ones who do the most work, but those who get the most done. 

This session provides sound advice and chance to practice the right skills, through practical exercises, video and group discussions.

    By staying in control and having the right mind set
     
  • Manage Time
    Too much to do, not enough time to do it?
    Learn how to plan time, establish priorities, and delegate
     
  • Manage staff
    Become an effective leader by staying in control of what’s going on
     
  • Manage the client
    Building up the relationship, utilise budgets, achieve targets
