Aims and Objectives of the Course 

  • An understanding of the accounting requirements 
  • An understanding of the legal requirements in the formation, management, statutory duties, etc 
  • An understanding of the relationship between the members of the LLP and third parties 

Course Content 

  • How they are formed 
  • The nature of the relationship between members of the LLP and the LLP and third parties 
  • The administrative requirements that will have to be completed 
  • The parts of the Companies Act 1985/2006 and other legislation that apply to these entities. 
  • Accounting requirements under legislation and the SORP 2006

FEE: £120 plus VAT or 1 ‘Block Place’ (from £54 plus VAT)
