The nature of the relationship between members of the LLP
The administrative requirements that will have to be completed
The parts of the Companies Act 1985 and other legislation that apply to these entities. The requirements of the Companies Act 2006 in relation to llps will be included to the extent of those in commencement orders at the date of the course
Insolvency
Accounting requirements under legislation and the SORP
A review of the changes between SORP 2002 and SORP 2006
