Aims and Objectives of the Course
- An understanding of the accounting requirements
- An understanding of the legal requirements in the formation, management, statutory duties, etc
- An understanding of the relationship between the members of the LLP and third parties
Course Content
- How they are formed
- The nature of the relationship between members of the LLP and the LLP and third parties
- The administrative requirements that will have to be completed
- The parts of the Companies Act 1985/2006 and other legislation that apply to these entities.
- Accounting requirements under legislation and the SORP 2006
