Aims of the course
The course will help delegates understand the latest thinking on the interpretation of Accounting and Auditing Standards, together with the related guidance, in a recession.

- Investment property valuation issues
- The directors’ responsibility to consider the validity of the going concern basis

- Audit procedures when going concern is an issue

- Understanding the entity – using Practice Note 26
- Risk assessment
