Aims and Objectives of the Course 

• This course will be relevant to those who have been working in roles away from accounting standards and who now need to get back up to date quickly. 
• It will also be of use to those who need a general awareness of accounting standards but who may not be up to date with more recent developments. 

Course Content 

• Companies Act 2006 developments, restricted to accounting matters and UKGAAP 
• Recent FRSs 
• Recent FREDs 
• FRRP reports relevant to UKGAAP 
• FRSSE developments 
• Directors’ report changes 
• Audit report changes
