Which of the various schemes currently available to insolvency practitioners is suitable and what circumstances for the distressed client and an in depth look at risk assessment alongside due diligence to give an insider view of any new business.

  • An overview of insolvency procedures 
  • Looking at advising to companies as to the best procedure to utilise
