Summary
The Companies Act 2006 is being brought into effect over an extended period is having a profound effect on the regulation of private and public companies in the UK, with the focus of legislation being primarily the small company. We will take a critical look at what is already in force and look forward to provisions to be introduced, considering their likely practical implications. There will be an overview of important company law cases over the last 12 months.
