What are the course aims and objectives?
The course provides a no-nonsense update for busy professionals. By focusing on areas that are important for the audit exempt company it will ensure that delegates keep totally up to date with relevant standards and law.

The ICAEW Assurance Service for audit exempt entities
Notice of imminent changes to relevant standards
Practical examples of dealing with complex standards relating to small companies
Small Company Law and the workings of audit exemption - including Companies Act 2006 requirements
Small Company Charity issues
