Aims and Objectives of the Course 

• Section 399 of the Companies Act 2006 only gives an exemption from the preparation of group accounts to small groups. Parents of medium sized groups will lose the exemption from the preparation of group accounts which has existed in the UK for many years. 
• This course will act as a refresher for those who need to be reminded of the requirements in preparing group accounts.
