Aims and Objectives of the Course 

• Topics which would are likely to be relevant to small or medium sized practices, and small and medium sized companies 
• The period 12 months prior to the date of the course will be covered 
• Future developments that are likely to have an impact in the immediate future 

Course Content 

• All new pronouncements issued by the Accounting Standards Board, the Audit Practice Board and any others likely to affect those in practice 
• Changes to the companies legislation, including the Companies Act 2006 and other pronouncements which will have a direct impact on the preparation and presentation of company accounts
