Aim of the Course
Topics which would or are likely to be relevant to small or medium sized practices, and small and medium sized companies
The period 12 months prior to the date of the course will be covered
Future developments that are likely to have an impact in the immediate future
The course will cover:
All new pronouncements issued by the Accounting Standards Board, the Audit Practice Board and any
others likely to affect those in practice
Changes to the Companies Act and other pronouncements by the DTI which will have a direct impact on the
preparation and presentation of company accounts
Other legislation will also be included if it is likely to have an impact on SMEs
CPD: 3 Hours FEE:
