What are the course aims and objectives?
This course will provide you with an understanding of the fundamental concepts involved in valuing shares and businesses. It will consider the approaches for the purposes of tax valuations. It will look into case studies related to real-life situations of the preparation and negotiation of valuations for purchases/sales, litigation, tax, etc.
Who should attend?
Anyone working in an organisation who may become involved with valuation matters, including partners, managers and other advisers in corporations.
