Course Objectives 

  • To provide strategies for creating and leading high performance teams and capitalising on the strengths of team members 
  • To identify crucial challenges, resolve conflicts and maximise motivation, to lead to successful outcomes

Course content 

This is a very interactive course during which delegates will increase their confidence and skills by taking part in many practical exercises.
