Much of the work will be based around a realistic case study.
You will be asked to consider how businesses grow, the questions to ask your client to assess their business and provide sound advice.
Issues covered will include:
- the vision and goals for the business
- the structure of the business and strategy to achieve these goals.
- the roles and responsibilities of key employees
- the system of control and reporting
- the effectiveness of leadership and management of people
- the product and processes
- marketing and sales initiatives
- finance requirements
- use of technology
