Course content 

Much of the work will be based around a realistic case study. 

You will be asked to consider how businesses grow, the questions to ask your client to assess their business and provide sound advice.

• the structure of the business and strategy to achieve these goals. 
• the roles and responsibilities of key employees 
• the system of control and reporting 
• the effectiveness of leadership and management of people 
• the product and processes 
• marketing and sales initiatives 
• finance requirements 
• use of technology
