  • Understanding competencies and where they apply to you
  • Your SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats)
  • How to write-up a professional and very positive CV (Curriculum Vitae)
  • How to research organisations, source work and investigate other ways for finding work, jobs and career
  • How to be innovative and persistent to get that job you really want
  • How to create a brilliant opening meet and greet
  • How to dramatically improve your communicative – Body Language, Speaking, Active Listening, Positive Attitude, Vocabulary and Persuasion skills for success in interviews
  • How to understand the power of questions – theirs and yours – and how to handle and answer them efficiently and effectively
  • How to create your personal USP (Unique Selling Proposition) to give yourself the edge over other applicants for the job
  • How to exit the interview with a brilliant close and closing statement
