This late afternoon course will provide you with the skills to increase the productivity of your team and also to increase their enjoyment of each day 

Course Content

A great many of our clients have attended our early evening Networking a Room course - and this early evening Motivating Your Team course is run by Geoff in a similar manner - a fast moving course focusing entirely on practical ideas.

This very practical course will explore 15 techniques which you can use to motivate your team. These techniques are not "theories of motivation" but are methods that have been proven to work in real life.

Throughout the course you will be invited to rate yourself on how well you currently carry out these techniques (if at all) and compare this with how well you wish to carry them out. At the end of the course you will have the opportunity to select those things you wish to do differently in the future ( having regard to the time constraints we all work under and your assessment of the likely results). It is usually better to focus initially on 1 or 2 things that you identify will have a real impact in your particular situation.

This is an interactive course and you will have the opportunity to share your ideas and hear the techniques others adopt.

CPD: 3 Hours/Units
FEE: £85 + VAT or 1 Block Place (from £54 + VAT)
