- Creating that powerful 'first impression'
- Making small talk - what to talk about
- How to appear really interested in others
- Starting to talk business - when and how
- Leaving conversations politely
- Following up on the contacts you have made
The final half hour of this training will provide an opportunity for participants to practise the business networking techniques from this course in a safe environment.
In addition to being beneficial for developing your business skills these skills are also very applicable to your social life.
