• To ensure that the transition from being a member of a team to supervising it, is a successful one 
• To improve the quality of work, increase output and build greater flexibility in directing and working with your staff 

Course Content  How to fully understand the Supervisory role  Manage the change from team member to Supervisor or Team Leader  Build and develop personal strengths Come across in a clear, no-nonsense, enthusiastic and professional manner  Train and coach staff in new tasks empathically, quickly and effectively  Develop 2nd to none communicative skills to work with management, colleagues and staff
