- How to fully understand the Supervisory role
- Manage the change from team member to Supervisor or Team Leader
- Build and develop personal strengths
- Come across in a clear, no-nonsense, enthusiastic and professional manner
- Train and coach staff in new tasks empathically, quickly and effectively
- Develop 2nd to none communicative skills to work with management, colleagues and staff
