Using the skills of the accountant to add strategic value to your
organisation
The role of the accountant is to accurately measure company
performance and to provide relevant information to decision makers. Too
many focus solely on the former responsibility and lessen their impact
on the business. Many also merely concentrate on information provision
for tactical or operational aspects of their businesses. Whilst these
roles are vital, they are not the full responsibility of the
professional accountant – we are also in the business to add strategic
value. This course will show you how.
Who will benefit
- Accountants, financial managers and financial directors who wish
to enhance their strategic thinking ability and strategic role
within their organisations.
- Those who would like to acquire these skills with the aim of
progressing their career to the next level.
- Finance professionals who see the need for the accountant to move
from counting to consulting and coaching.
