Description
This one-day course is specifically designed to provide support staff with an introduction to company law and the work of the company secretary.
The course explains how companies work and outlines the role and duties of the company secretary. By explaining why many of the routine tasks have to be performed the course will enable junior staff and support staff to contribute more effectively to the team as a whole. No prior knowledge is assumed. Practical examples and exercises are used throughout the course to reinforce the theory.
