Registration Procedures
To make a reservation you may either:
Joining Instructions:
Joining Instructions will be sent approximately a month prior to the course date. They will include the course details together with a map.
Joining Instructions are not sent for CPD Quarterly Updates.
Terms and Conditions
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Courses will be invoiced at the time of booking.
Our payment terms are the earlier of 14 days from the date of invoice or 15 days prior to the course.
Block Places are not refundable. For all Courses (other than those paid by Block Places
Scheme):

A full refund (less 20% administration charge) will be made for cancellations received in writing or by email not less than 15 days prior to the course.

Cancellations after this time are charged at the full fee.
For Courses paid by Block Places
Scheme:

On Quarterly Updates
Block Places are treated as utilised unless cancellations or transfers to another date in the same quarter, are received 48 hours prior to the course.

All Other Courses
Block Places are treated as utilised unless cancellations are received not less than 15 days prior to the course
Block Places are not refundable.
Substitution:
Substitutions may be made at any time. All we ask is that you let us know the change of name.
Alteration to Courses:
pass reserves the right to vary the timing or venue of courses, alter the published programme or change the speaker, for whatever reason and to cancel an event at our discretion.

Our business depends upon being able to meet your needs. We actively welcome any suggestions regarding course topics that you would like us to host or any other way in which we could improve the service that we offer to you. If we have made any error that you wish to draw to our attention through a formal complaint we will be pleased to receive that feedback. Any complaint will normally be responded to within 48 hours. Any complaint would be taken extremely seriously and we would ask you to communicate that directly to the Managing Director, Geoff Wood:
