To review current reward strategies used by employers and how reward can be used enhance employee performance.

• What we mean by employee ‘reward’ - pay, benefits and other factors
• Aligning reward with your business strategy 
• Group tax refresher 
• Making the most of the structure to manage the tax and National Insurance 
• Case studies and working examples
