Course description 

This course is an introduction to approved and unapproved share schemes for those with little or no prior knowledge but who want to understand the principles. The course will look first at the treatment of unapproved share schemes, and will then look at all of the HMRC approved, tax-advantaged, schemes for granting shares or options to employees. Approximately equal time will be given to approved and unapproved schemes.
