This course is designed to refresh participant’s knowledge of the principles of taxation relevant to property investment and ownership both in the UK and overseas and some of the problems pitfalls and planning opportunities this presents.

  • Relief for interest on loans used to acquire property

  • Overseas property problems and the special provisions applying to inward property investment
