Who should attend?
The course is aimed at practitioners advising owner managed company’s and will cover all issues of practical interest to the company and it’s directors.
What are the course aims and objectives?
The course will also consider any close company issues in the first Finance Bill of 2010 and key issues that are likely to arise under a new government and a potential second Finance Bill in 2010.
The course will cover:
- Latest status issues for “IR35”
- Tax efficient profit extraction post FB 2010
- What next after Arctic Systems?
- Participator issues including S.419 tax
- Practical issues within loan relationships
- The latest on ESC C16
- Entrepreneurs relief
