What are the course aims and objectives? 

The course is aimed at practitioners advising owner managed company's and will cover all issues of practical interest to the company and its directors. 

The course will cover:

• Problem areas concerting the "wholly and exclusively" test 
• Tax efficient profit extraction post FB 2008 
• What next after Arctic Systems? 
• Minimising the directors personal tax liabilities 
• Exit planning and capital relief's for directors
