What are the course aims and objectives?
The course will enable delegates to identify problem areas and have a good understanding of how to deal with them.
Who should attend?
The course will be aimed at partners, managers and seniors who deal with self employed clients in their daily work.
The course will cover:
- Self employed v employed status issues
- Incorporation and disincorporation
- Relief for capital expenditure
- Wholly and exclusively – problem areas
- Do tax credits matter?
- The impact of the new penalty regime
- Other topical issues including effective use of losses
