- Structuring the words you wish to put across with clarity, fun and interest
- Familiarising the speech - part memorise and reduce to brief cue cards
- How to practise, pace, strategically pause and avoid gabbling
- How to use your body to improve posture, look confident, move and maintain eye contact and impressively appeal
- How to confidently address interruptions and turn them to amusing advantage
- Understanding that the audience is already on your side - how to use that opportunity to make the best of it
