Team Leading NVQ
How will the Team Leading NVQ help your business?
It is designed to help your employees develop the skills and attitudes they need to perform effectively as team leaders. It gives practising and aspiring team leaders a solid foundation on which to develop their leadership skills, helping them motivate their team members and achieve agreed targets.
Through gaining this qualification, your employees will be able to:

- Develop productive working relationships with colleagues
- Set objectives and plan their own work and that of their team
- Brief and motivate their team effectively
The Team Leading NVQ has two elements:
- Underpinning knowledge and skills – provided by flexible online courses
- A work-based competence assessment
Who is a Team Leading NVQ suitable for?
This NVQ is ideal for employees who would like to enter into a management role and need to demonstrate leadership qualities, particularly within a team context.
For those already in Management roles and accomplished team leaders functioning at a higher level, we offer a level 3 Management
NVQ.
