MS Project Creating A Project

Objective:
Upon completion of this course, the delegate will be able to:
  • Identify the main component parts of the Project interface
  • Create a Work Break Down Structure
  • Link Tasks with different relationships and add Lag and Lead time
  • Clear and assign resources to tasks
  • Work with many different views
  • Sort and filter the data within the project plan

Course prerequisites
Windows 95, 98, 2000 or NT 4
Delegate numbers are restricted to 8, to ensure personal attention from the trainer.

Structure:
PC for every delegate.
All pass training courses involve extensive hands-on activity including exercises that give participants practical experience of using Project's tools.

Duration: 1 day 9.30am - 4.30pm

Fee:  £240 + VAT per delegate
