MS Project Managing A Project

Objective:
Upon completion of this course, the delegates will be able to:
  • Save a Baseline Plan
  • Track progress in a project
  • Adjust the schedule
  • Work with resources and reports
  • Import and Export data
  • Create custom views and automate project

Course prerequisites
Project 2002 Creating a Project
Delegate numbers are restricted to 8, to ensure personal attention from the trainer.

Structure:
PC for every delegate.
All pass training courses involve extensive hands-on activity including exercises that give participants practical experience of using Project's tools.

Duration: 1 day 9.30am - 4.30pm

Fee:  £240 + VAT per delegate
