Registration Procedures
To make a reservation you
may either:

- Send an email to info@pass.co.uk
- Complete the booking form on the relevant course page
- Complete the general/quotation
enquiries form to obtain a quotation
for your computer course requirements or for general enquiries
Terms and Conditions
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Courses will be invoiced at the time of booking.
The full fee plus VAT at 17.5% (which includes the cost of all refreshments and courseware) is payable in advance and our payment terms are the earlier of 14 days from the date of invoice or 15 days prior to the course.
A full refund (less 20% administration charge) will be made for cancellations received in writing or by email not less than 15 days prior to the
course.
Cancellations after this time are charged at the full fee.
Timetable:
Unless otherwise stated all courses commence at 9.30am and finish at 4.30pm. Refreshments available from 9.00am.
Venue:
Your joining instructions will include
details of the course venue and a map.
Substitution:
Substitutions may be made at any time.
All we ask is that you let us know the change of name.
Alterations to
Scheduled Courses:
pass
reserves the right to alter the scheduled programme of courses or their
location at any time. All delegates will be given due notice and the
option to cancel with a full refund.
pass reserves the right to amend course content so as to reflect
software developments or enhance the course.

Our business depends upon being able to meet your needs. We actively welcome any suggestions regarding course topics that you would like us to host or any other way in which we could improve the service that we offer to you. If we have made any error that you wish to draw to our attention through a formal complaint we will be pleased to receive that feedback. Any complaint will normally be responded to within 48 hours. Any complaint would be taken extremely seriously and we would ask you to communicate that directly to the Managing Director, Geoff Wood:
