Our HVMARSO4: Marine & Offshore Senior Authorised Person – Safe Switching of HV Power Systems is a five-day City & Guilds SAP (Senior Authorised Person) course. The programme is designed to teach marine and offshore electrical personnel how to lead high voltage switching operations and issue safety documentation in line with maritime safety rules and the Electricity at Work Regulations.

Held at our PASS High Voltage Training Centres, the course blends classroom theory with practical switching exercises using HV gear (run at a safe low voltage). Delegates leave ready to manage HV systems on vessels or offshore platforms confidently as a certified Senior Authorised Person.
