What does the City & Guilds 2392-10 course cover?

Curated for candidates with limited or no prior inspection and testing experience, this course teaches you to inspect and test single-phase installations according to the latest BS7671 Wiring and Part P Building Regulations. This six-day course combines classroom and practical learning to cover the use of appropriate test equipment, relevant procedures, and required test and inspection paperwork.

Entry Requirements

Do I need any prior knowledge?

There are no formal entry requirements. However, it is useful to have a basic knowledge and understanding of electrics or experience in electrical installation work. We also recommend that you are familiar with or hold a current qualification in the latest wiring regulations, though this is not a prerequisite to enrolling. 

All candidates must be 18 or over and have a good command of written and spoken English.
