Who is the course suitable for?

City & Guilds’ HVTC1 Dielectric Strength Testing Course is intended for those responsible for, or aspiring to be responsible for, high voltage dielectric pressure testing and supervision.

Prerequisites

All attendees must have prior electrical experience, ideally as an engineer or technician working on high-voltage systems. Participants should also be aged 18 or older and have a good command of written and spoken English.

Delegates who complete the course and pass the assessments will be awarded a Certificate of Competency accredited by City & Guilds. Participants who choose not to take the exams, or who are unsuccessful in doing so, will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
